For our buyers, our process starts with their inquiry. We ask questions to determine what they are looking for, how much is their budget, and the time frame of occupying the property.
Next step, is to show them around 3 to 5 homes within their needs, just for them to compare what they’re looking for and to get a feel of what property are available within their budget.
Up next, we will suggest 2 to 3 mortgage brokers who can give them a pre-approval. A pre-approval is a process that certifies the capability of the buyer to purchase a home ata certain price. It will probably take 3 days to a week assuming all documents were submitted.
Once the pre-approval letter is received, then we send them a list of houses for sale.
Our listing system is updated everyday and the list includes foreclosure, pre-construction, and Coming Soon properties that is not available with other commercial real estate listing websites.
Together with the list, I send out a personalized video presenting the listings and the
general characteristics of the area. I also try to answer the questions of our buyers.

Once we are in the process of buying a property, I usually connect our coordinators together with the buyer in the loop via WhatsApp and Viber while we also utilize email conversations.
