After a long drive and a full day of property visits, I was already burned out before 8 p.m. Still, I made one last stop to check on a lot a prospective buyer might be interested in. On the way, curiosity led me to revisit a property I helped a close friend purchase two years ago.

Seeing it again was incredibly fulfilling. In just two years, and despite today’s challenging market conditions, he managed to sell it for a modest profit. That outcome stands in contrast to many sellers in the same area who are currently facing losses. Moments like this remind me why strategy, timing, and a bit of patience matter so much in real estate. Grateful for wins like this… Chheers to the small wins!
