Our brokerage was invited a few days before the event. I met with a couple of pinoys and I enjoyed mingling with them. Right now, I am working towards new construction and residential rentals. I am fairly optimstic with my prospects and future collaborations with the crew.

There were 15 guests, and some we’re even trying to schedule after Saturday. Unfortunately, it is owner- occupied and they want to preserve its pristine condition for the lucky buyer.

The US housing market is up for tough competition resulting to bidding wars due to low inventory of homes yet increasing market demand.

Home prices are rocketing with many buyers offering at higher than selling price amounts and appraised values. Listings are disappearing fast and buyers need to be fast when it comes to their offers.
