To follow up on my last post , our photo session was finished and its time to share it out to our prospects. A 3 bedroom and 2 bath home in Timbercreek Community is now available for sale. It is rare nowadays to find a place in Boca Raton without the high HOA fees. One of the few developments that has maintained its current range of expenses is the Timbercreek community. Despite its proximity to affluent schools such as Lynn University and Pine Crest School, the fees did not go up compared to the other communities within the area.
