A 2 story property with 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. The roof will be installed on April 2022. The bathrooms are remodeled with quartz sink and new tiles 2 years ago while the kitchen is designed with quartz countertops and dark wood cabinets adorned by stainless steel appliances. A room on the ground floor can serve as an office, guest house, or a room for a family member who prefers to stay on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are all upstairs. The exterior part of the house will be painted new and garage doors are less than 5 years old. The backyard is an ideal location for outdoor barbeques and parties as it extends outside with the view of extensive greens. There are no neighbors at the back which gives this house a touch of privacy.
Last November 21, marked a celebration for all our kababayans in Florida. There we’re different viands of food, new friendships, and a lot of games. The event was hosted by Mary Ann Jones. She encouraged the crowd to network and participate in the parlor games.
While setting up the tables, ( for the entrepreneurs ) the admins of Filipino gatherings in Florida (https://www.facebook.com/groups/filipinogatherings), our admins, Rose and Paolo, introducing the business owners who took part of the event.
In between breaks, the guests enjoyed eating on different viands of traditional Filipino food. It’s so ironic, that the most awaited steamed rice came very late. But all in all, it was fun, food and games for everyone!
Towards the end, the 4 v 4 volleyball competition was changed to 7 v 7. All in the name of fun, the host allowed the move as it resulted in a competitive game between two teams.
While the 7 x 7 competition is ongoing, there we’re games played in the main area. Participants gyrated with a hanging banana to advance the ball towards the mark and back to the start line. It was fun as all participants we’re into winning the games.
In the end, everyone received a prize… new friendships we’re formed… and this event is a reminder that once we unite and support each other, there is no limit in our success.
After weeks of communications with a listing service in Central Florida, the seller has decided to accept an offer.
The challenge of adding this listing to 2 different MLS ( Multiple listing services ) has put delays in our open house date. From staging, up to the schedule of the photo shoot.
The journey was met with challenges..our brokerage was needed to setup the moving vans just to get it ready for showing. From moving of the furniture and equipment of the owner.. to hiring driver to transport to Miami.
The video walk-through did not disappoint and the photos that we’re taken we’re outstanding.
Here is the link for the video…
…and the photos.
So what do you guys think?
We are still accepting back up offers… Check out the official MLS listing at 16642 Deer Chase Loop.
Welcome to the Sunshine State, where the weather is sunny and the waters are blue. We find that we have been getting a lot of new residents moving from out of state who are also eager to enjoy Florida, needless to say, our office has been teeming with activity. Recently, we had a client who decided to sell their 4 bedroom home to downsize in a 55 and above community.
We worked withFirst International Title, who was very accommodating and answered all of our client’s questions. They made them feel at ease and made sure that we close as promptly as possible. It was a pleasure to partner with First International and deliver the best experience for our clients.
Here is a video of our clients who are on their way to their retirement journey.
